What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Each print is custom printed and packaged with utmost care. However, if your print is delivered damaged, please email a photo (print and packaging) and your order number to chiachongphoto@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. A replacement will be issued free of charge. After the two-week period, replacement will no longer be issued.

Client will be responsible for stolen packages or customs fees associated with international orders.

When will my print be ready?
Once a print order is placed, please allow 7-10 days for production.

How does free local Savannah delivery work?
If you select free local delivery for Savannah, delivery will be on Saturday of the week your order is ready. We will email you a delivery time frame the day before. Please note that package will not fit through mail slot or mail box. If you are not home, package will be left at the door.

What is the shipping time frame?
Estimated shipping times are as follow:

Savannah - On Saturday of the week your order is ready.
USA - Via USPS Priority - 3 working days.
International - Via UPS Worldwide Saver/Expedited: 2-7 working days.

However, due to effects of Covid -19, shipping times listed are currently not guaranteed by carriers. Some delays are expected at this time. We hope the situation will improve soon.
